"I have a very good relationship with Kim Jong Un".
US President Donald Trump and South Korean President Moon Jae-in will meet in Washington on 10 April, the Yonhap news agency reported Friday.
"The leaders will have in-depth talks to discuss ways to strengthen the Seoul-Washington alliance and to coordinate their stance on setting up a peace regime on the Korean Peninsula".
Those talks in Vietnam unraveled over disagreements about whether the USA should lift economic sanctions before North Korea dismantles key elements of its nuclear arms infrastructure.
USA -led diplomacy on ridding North Korea of its nuclear program remain stalled since Trump's second summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un in Vietnam last month ended without any deal. "We can not verify what that means", the NIS said.

But the North claimed it only demanded partial relief of sanctions linked to people's livelihoods and that the USA pressed the North to do more in addition to removing the Yongbyon facilities.
Members of Trump's administration, meanwhile, acknowledge North Korea is still developing a nuclear weapons programme and USA sanctions on the country remain in place.
Last week the North also pulled out of a liaison office with South Korea agreed during Moon's summit with Kim, only to reverse the move and send back some officials three days later.
While North Korea has refrained from overtly provocative actions like testing nuclear warheads or ballistic missiles, it has yet to agree to actually give up any piece of its atomic arsenal. The F-35A jets that arrived at an airport in southern South Korea have become the country's first stealth fighter jets. "They're having a hard time", Trump said on Friday.
Some experts say North Korea still hopes to keep diplomacy with the United States alive because it is desperate to win sanctions relief to revive its trouble economy.
