Here's all the latest on the Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL.
Google Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL have been making news recently as the devices have been popping up on various reports and recently on Google's official website itself. The Play Developer Console also added "bonito" and "sargo", which are supposed to be the fish-related monikers for the Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL.
This leak doesn't confirm the processor in either phone but shows 4GB RAM (the same as the flagship Pixel 3), the sizes of the 1080p displays and, as expected Android 9 Pie. There's also an option to purchase the Google Pixel 3a case in the "Accessories" section and, according to the URL, which ends in "pixel_3a_case_fabric", the case's material will be the same as the existing one.

When is the Google Pixel 3a coming out?
Over the weekend, some eagle-eyed users spotted the name in the "Phones" drop-down menu at the top of the store page. Earlier reports have pointed out that "sargo" and "bonito" are the codenames for the Pixel 3a and 3a XL respectively. Both the phones have witnessed several leaks including camera samples and image renders. The Pixel 3a XL is expected to have a 6-inch display at 1080 x 2160 resoluton.
The Pixel 3a is rumored to be fueled by the Snapdragon 670 64-bit octa-core processor, while the Pixel 3a XL will include a more powerful Snapdragon 710 64-bit octa-core processor.
While Google has officially brought down the page showing the "new" phone, the damage (if you can call extra publicity for a thoroughly spilled product "damage") appears to be done. Unlike the Pixel 3 series that came with a metal and glass combination chassis, the Pixel 3a smartphones are likely to feature a polycarbonate body. Assuming these are confirmed specifications, this will still peg Google's Pixel line-up far behind other budget smartphone competitors. Now, the search engine giant has accidentally listed the aforementioned device on its product store.
