Samsung Electronics celebrated a decade of Galaxy S series innovations by presenting the latest premium smartphone: Galaxy S10, according to a press statement on Wednesday. One user on Samsung's support forums says that not only is the screen waking up, but that the smartphone is sensing the touch of the pocket and playing music via Spotify, turning on the flashlight, and launching random apps.
While it is effective, it is also unpleasant since it results in loss of screen real estate and feels as if your Galaxy S10 has grown a thick forehead. On the front, the Galaxy A2 Core sports 16:9 display, earpiece, and selfie camera.
We're living in a golden era of smartphones.
Samsung's newest device lineup includes the Galaxy S10, which is the first smartphone to feature its futuristic "Infinity O" display. "Some are blaming the placement of the proximity sensor, which is found on the status bar just above the "%" symbol used to show how much battery life is on the phone. The ultrasonic sensor can detect blood flow within the finger, The Korea Herald explains, which means hackers can't get into a Galaxy S10 device using a photo or a mold.
"I have an S10, and I keep my phone in my pocket with the screen towards my leg (since my leg is far less likely to damage the screen)".
New York Giants: How the Ryan Tannehill trade shockingly impacts the Giants
Miami traded last year's starter Ryan Tannehill to the Titans on Friday, so it's in the market for a new face under center. Tannehill played collegiately at Texas A&M, where he threw for 5,450 yards and 42 touchdowns in 50 games, with 25 starts.
The Korean tech giant is working on a new handset that will place cameras and sensors beneath the display, making it nearly entirely edge-to-edge, according to Yonhap News Agency. Notably, Samsung will follow the tradition and will soon launch the Galaxy Note 10.
Both are becoming increasingly common on modern flagships, and speed-wise Samsung's sensors near-enough match those of rivals such as Apple and Huawei.
There's no telling when Samsung would be able to launch a full-screen phone.
"The Galaxy S10 is smartphone with a hole in the OLED", he said.
United Kingdom networks including EE, Vodafone and O2 have all committed to launching 5G in the United Kingdom and it seems the S10 will be one of the very first devices to launch alongside this new technology.
