First reported by ESPN, the Grizzlies are sending Gasol to Toronto for Jonas Valenciunas, Delon Wright, C.J. Miles and a 2024 second-round drat pick.
Gasol has been with the Grizzlies for 11 seasons, which was tied with Russell Westbrook for the fourth-longest tenure with one franchise among active players.
Memphis may not be done making moves just yet.
Since the 2016-17 season, Gasol has been good for 1.4 3-pointers per game, doing so at a 35.7 percent clip. It will be a big offseason for the Raptors with Leonard and Gasol both potentially entering free agency.
The Grizzlies continue to shop Mike Conley.

The Grizzlies traded Gasol to Toronto on Thursday at the National Basketball Association trade deadline, more than two weeks after owner Robert Pera told both Gasol and Conley that they would be listening to offers for two of the league's longest-tenured teammates.
Let's get things started and take a look at five reasons why a Kemba Walker/Marc Gasol pairing would work for the Charlotte Hornets.
Valanciunas has been out since mid-December with a thumb injury but was going to make his return Thursday night against the Atlanta Hawks. With that possibility now out the window for the time being, they've fallen back down to +4000, which is even worse than they were before.
"Markieff was an important part of our team during his time here, and we appreciate his contributions over the last four seasons". Now the Bucks will be one of just two teams to have at least three players who attempt a minimum of six three-pointers per game.
Wright has been with Toronto since being picked 20th overall by the Raptors out of Utah in 2015. Lowry told reporters at Wells Fargo Center after the game that he hasn't asked for a trade and that he wants to stay in Toronto to help the team win a championship.
