That's according to the Wall Street Journal. For the year to March, it maintained its optimistic annual targets, expecting a net profit of ¥165bn on sales of ¥1.2-trillion. Nintendo didn't really have any major new releases during this period, either, with Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker and a Labo Vehicle Kit being the only first-party highlights. Those strong sales continue and the latest victim is Nintendo's sixth-generation games console, the GameCube.
