The cast of The Lion King surely won't disappoint, especially when you have someone as legendary as James Earl Jones, Beyoncé who have proven us many how badass she is, and the talented Donald Glover who will play Simba. Unlike The Jungle Book, where a real-life boy was surrounded by CG creations, The Lion King is actually billed officially as "live-action styled" because it's entirely CG made to look life-like. Hans Zimmer's score kick-starts the familiarity as Mufasa echoes those famous words, "Everything the light touches is our kingdom", and you know it's coming.
Although the movie has a huge cast, involving Donald Glover, Beyonce (yes!), Seth Rogen, Chiwetel Ejiofor, John Oliver, Keegan-Michael Key and John Kani, for now, all we get to hear is the voice of Mufasa.
