Pinterest Success Monday: Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole

Here in Utah there have been some days that have been feeling like Fall. The other day it was very chilly so I wanted some warm, comfort food for dinner. I tried out the Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole from Num’s the Word and it was so good! I doubled the recipe since we were having friends over and we had no leftovers. It was really easy to make too with only 6 ingredients! If you try it out, let me know what you think!

  1. It sounds really good, but do you think it would still be good without the poppy seeds?

  2. Sandra Gwilliam says:

This was the best selling food item when I worked in a deli in Bountiful. The cook would make several pans of it, and it was always gone before dinner time. We had people call in to reserve a pound or two.

  3. This recipe looks absolutely delicious. The photos are terrific. I am sure my husband would enjoy something different like this.

  4. We make a ton of casseroles in our home. They are a great way to clear the cupboard of excess food that has been up there for too long.

  5. Karen Glatt says:

This is so easy to make and I want to make it for a nice hot family dinner. It looks delicious!

  6. Yum it looks delicious. I am always looking for new recipes to try. I love that there is only 6 ingredients.

  7. I make something similar with a can of cream of chicken and a can of cream of celery. No sour cream.
